Brisbane Wedding Photography – John + Chrystalla

November 15th, 2010

These photographs of John and Chrystalla’s wedding epitomise what a wedding should be – happy and joyous, loving and romantic, full of traditions both new and old plus a healthy dose of family and friends.  It seems as though Greek weddings have all of these elements in spades – not to mention such beautiful brides and grooms!!! My favourite Greek wedding tradition is the smashing of the plates.  Apparently it is not as common these days (public liability and all that I guess) so when I saw these photos of John breaking stacks and stacks of plates – I mean – they are just fantastic, don’t you think?  Of course I also love the dancing.  Seriously I could watch the dancing all night long. I also totally love the singing of the ceremony and the crowns and the drinking of the wine – I guess I pretty much love everything about Greek weddings!  With that said John and Chrystalla’s wedding goes down as one of the most beautiful and moving weddings I have ever seen – a fairytale from beginning right to the very end.

Just look at all of the beautiful details that Chrystalla had sourced.  Everything was lovingly selected and added to the meaning and experience of the day.  And YES – her bag was totally made of real flowers!  Can you just imagine the smell???  Heavenly.

I just love this photo – a stolen moment of absolute excitement and love!

Seriously, how fantastic is that?

Brisbane Wedding Photography – Chris + Natalie

November 8th, 2010

You have just got to love spring!  Look at these photos – what a lovely outdoor ceremony held in the Botanic Gardens with that blanket of glorious blue sky overhead that only spring in Brisbane can provide.  Natalie and Chris look like they had a great day – and thanks guys for choosing us to share it with you.  We also believe you win the award for the bravest bride for climbing through dirt and grime to break into an abandoned garage for some awesome photos!  You ROCK!

welcome
