Step By Step

November 3rd, 2011

I have noticed a bit of a raging trend over the last few years and I thought I’d post about it!  It seems that brides are getting a whole lot more adventurous in their shoe selection for the big day.  Colour, sparkles, suede, heels – you name it!  Gone are the days when you had to wear white or ivory shoes (which are, to be honest, really hard to find! Shoe designers take note!) and I think it’s great because I LOVE (love, love, love) shoes (please – who doesn’t?) and also because you can wear them (many, many, many times) after the day.   Plus you can coordinate your shoes with the colours of your wedding or, in keeping with the current fashion trend, add that pop of colour on the day.  More importantly, it also means, that you can make a bit more of an, ahem, investment, hey girls?  Just your typical cost benefit analysis really.  You gotta love how things work out like that don’t you?  Ah the symmetry!

Stephen + Sheridan Engagement Portrait

October 27th, 2011

Like a woman possessed by the I-have-to-blog-like-my-life-depended-on-it demon, I give you Stephen and Sheridan.  I hope you enjoy them – they are pretty spectacular!  And don’t mind me – I’ll just keep running around looking crazily, with my hands in the air, whooping like a bird, for other amazing things to blog….whoop….whoop…….whoop….*thump*…..zzzzzzzzzz

welcome
