One Shot – Two Weddings

September 24th, 2012

As you can imagine with springtime comes weddings and we have been mighty busy here at Studio Sixty!  I promise that I will post more full weddings but thought it would be cool to show how different and unique each wedding really is.  On Saturday Jason was on the beach at the sunny Coast with Peter and Mary and then on Sunday he was back in Brisbane city with Alex and Rebecca.  Two beautiful couples each with their own wedding day style.  I can NOT wait to show you them all but for now – it is one shot from each wedding.  Happy days, my friends.  Let the summer games begin!

Roasted Honey Mustard Carrots

September 21st, 2012

This recipe is dedicated to our lovely friend Todd – for whom carrots are, well, not so friendly.  Todd – you are going to love these goodies!  Yum! Yum!

Roasted Honey Mustard Carrots

8 carrots peeled and quartered lengthways

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Mix together olive oil, honey and mustard until fully combined.  Pour mixture over carrots ensuring they are evenly coated.  In a roasting tray arrange carrots in a single layer.  Sprinkle with salt and roast for about 1 hour or until cooked through and caramelised.  Eat and enjoy!

welcome
