Ross + Eleni

September 16th, 2013

Ross and Eleni.  A real love story.  It began when Ross’s family moved next door to Eleni’s family.  An introduction and a couple of shy ‘hellos’ over the fence soon brought about a genuine and real friendship.  Competitive runs together turned into long, leisurely walks, talking, chatting laughing about their dreams, hopes, the future.  Their friendship began to grow, each of them realising that what they had, could, might, be something special.  The real deal.  The L word.  However, nothing was said.  Each not knowing what the other was thinking.  Like all great love stories, something had to happen to force their hands.  Eleni decided to go overseas.  To spread her wings, to see the world.  Ross listened to all her plans, cheered her on her way, all the while feeling his heart slowly break.  Only when the plane was high in the sky he realised he couldn’t wait, not another second without telling her how he felt.   To Italy he went, to surprise her, to declare his love, and she, in turn, confessed her true feelings, returned his favour.  From then to now.  A real love story indeed.  Congratulations Ross and Eleni.

welcome
