Brisbane Wedding Photography – Nura + Faran

August 8th, 2011

These photos are of the first time Nura and Faran saw each other on the day.  I love that it was so private (well, kind of private if you don’t include Jason being there!)

What a beautiful wedding – relaxed, natural, classic.  We didn’t get to meet Nura until the day before the wedding because she has been living and working overseas.  I don’t know how they did it – I fret something awful when Jason is away.  I didn’t realise it until the last time he was gone for 2 weeks but I rely on his opinion pretty heavily – from small and insignificant day-to-day things to big, fat, major decisions – he is a great sounding board and I fully trust his judgment. (Ok maybe not on fashion items but everybody can’t be perfect!)  And don’t get me wrong, I am a pretty independent person so it has surprised me as much as anyone that I feel this way.  Whenever he is away it really does feel like one of my arms is missing, like my personal compass doesn’t know which way is north.  And we have been together forever!  I can’t imagine how hard it would be when you are in that early part of your relationship, crazy in love and can’t bear to be apart even for a day.  So, when I look at these photos, it makes me so happy to see Nura and Faran are finally together, and together at last.

welcome
